We are Hiring: Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair – Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee

We are seeking an experienced INED to join the Board of our AIM-listed multi-jurisdictional financial services group. As well as being a board member, the successful candidate will lead the Group’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.

Requirements:

Qualified accountant
Financial services experience
Strong governance and
risk credentials
Ethical, independent, and commercially astute
