With nearly a century of heritage, Manx Financial Group (“MFG”) is a financial services group headquartered on Douglas in the Isle of Man and with a customer base across the British Isles. MFG enjoys a series of advantages that enable us to compete with and invest in businesses across the financial sector.
Chief among these is the strong and stable liquidity base provided by our loyal depositor customers on the Isle of Man and now also in the UK. This has allowed us to carefully grow our loan book to small and medium sized enterprises (SME), which gives us valuable visibility of the issues SMEs face in securing financing as well as gaps in the market for niche products overlooked by our much larger peers.

Our knowledge of the SME sector has enabled us to build a portfolio of valuable subsidiaries – from start-ups to selective and accretive acquisitions – which are creating significant value for shareholders. These are grouped under our entrepreneurial subsidiary Manx Ventures Limited.
Currently, Manx Ventures Limited holds shares and options in several financial services companies, and investments in others, with warrants to acquire a greater shareholding as these companies grow.
