Jenny is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and has extensive Board level experience within the financial services sector. Jenny brings significant expertise in organisational change and financial risk management, having held senior leadership roles in both a major building society and a high‑street bank.
Jenny is Chair of the Audit Committee for The Vernon Building Society and holds the role of Chair and Non-executive Director of The Mersey Gateway Crossings Board. Jenny is a Council Member and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and also holds a voluntary Non‑Executive Director position with British Showjumping. Jenny also previously served on the CIMA Disciplinary Committee and operates a small consultancy business.
